Free 2nd Day Shipping Restrictions:

Only United States, United Kingdom, Spain and Japan Free 2nd Day Shipping offer are available on orders over $16.99. No coupon required. Shipments are subject to local post services on time performance and availability. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Free Shipping Regions' Restrictions:

North America

Free shipping offer is limited to standard shipping and is valid only in the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Sorry, free ground shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.

Europe

United Kingdom & Spain free shipping are available. Other European Countries are ONLY International Standard Shipping services are available. Items will be shipped from United Kingdoms or Spain warehouse to those countries, normally it takes 4-7 workdays to delivery.

Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Germany: An extra shipping fee is $6.1 per order.

Italy, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Andorra, San Marion, Vatican City State(Holy See): An extra shipping fee is $7.1 per order.

Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden: An extra shipping fee is $8.8 per order.

Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovenia, Norway: An extra shipping fee is $10 per order.

When can I expect my package to arrive?

1) If order contains Preorder/Backorder & in stock items, in stock items will ship first & Preorder/Backorder items will ship when available.

2) To know when your in-stock package will arrive, Log in our store and visit the order page, check the item tracking information, where it clearly display the status of your package. The delivery date based on your "zip code” (you can edit it if the default is incorrect) and upcoming warehouse holidays as well as the default carrier shipping method applicable at the time of placing the order. Please note that some orders may be delayed in processing if they require further inquiry from our customer service team.
